PARTNERS - IPPT PAN

NCP-Poland was established at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research of Polish Academy of Sciences (IPPT PAN) in the beginning of 1999. IPPT PAN has own experience in about 30 research projects (FP4, FP5, FP6); lately it has got two centres of excellence (INCO and Phare programs). IPPT PAN, as the coordinator of the whole NCP network in Poland and responsible for the IST and SME Programs, co-ordinates the broad network consisting of: 9 Regional Contact Points; 18 Thematic Contact Points; more than 100 Local Contact Points located in universities, companies and organizations interested in an international co-operation. NCP supported a lot of various organizations in participation in the FP5 and developed a Partner Search service. Many info-days, training and seminars tailored for specific audience, provided people with advising and assistance in the preparation of their participation in FP5. Currently NCP activities are particularly focused on improving skills of institutions/organizations willing to participate in the FP6 and NCP provide all necessary support in preparation of the high quality project proposals.
