CeBIT iis the world's leading fair for Information and Communication Technologies taking place every year in Hanover. At CeBIT 2008 (4 - 9 March) HAGRID partner uni transfer is organising together with Innovation Relay Centre (IRC) a joint Networking Event at IRC Future Match.

The joint event enables participants to find international partners for collaborative research projects under the ICT themes of Framework Programme 7 (FP7) of the European Commission as well as for technology partnerships. The networking event will take place in form of face-to-face meetings accompanied by information sessions.

Companies, universities, research institutes and other organisations in the ICT sector are invited to use this unique opportunity to learn more on European research and establish new cross-border contacts for future collaboration and research projects. Organisations who have not previously participated in European funded research are particularly encouraged to participate.

While there is no charge to participate in this Networking Event, pre-registration is required. Organisations from certain countries may qualify for financial support towards travel costs associated with participation. For further information, please contact your national HAGRID Partner.

Additionally, the organisers of the event offer to companies and organisations taking part in the event fee-based platforms to present their products and services at the booth. This offer includes presentation desk for PC, area for poster presentation and exhibition space for product presentation.
